Shipping, returns & store policy

Shipping

We ship NZ-wide and internationally, priced by weight at checkout. North Island from $12.80, usually 3 to 5 business days. South Island from $25, usually 3 to 7 business days. International from $30, usually 7 to 12 days. Prefer to collect? Choose free pickup at checkout and grab it at our Saturday 8am class at the Ōrewa Surf Lifesaving Club. Digital guides are delivered by email straight after checkout.

Returns & replacements

Something not right? Email KairosNZL@gmail.com and we'll organise a replacement or refund. The condition of a returned item may affect the refund amount.

Macebell warranty

Every macebell is covered against manufacturing defects. Small cosmetic differences such as weld lines or knurling placement are normal. Powder coat can chip on hard surfaces or with salt water; this is cosmetic and isn't covered. We recommend a Kairos class, workshop or certification to learn safe technique.

Wholesale

Gyms and organisations ordering over 50kg of maces get wholesale pricing on equipment and education. Email KairosNZL@gmail.com.

Payment & training policy

Pay online by card or PayPal at checkout. For bank transfer or invoice, email us. Everyone training with Kairos takes part at their own risk and is responsible for training within their own ability.
