Holistic Strength & Conditioning protocol to Fitness & Wellbeing! Pre-Requistes: To apply and qualify for this level and to make the most of the program, apart from having access to the required equipment, you must be confident with the movement prerequisites mentioned below. - Calisthenics Prerequisites: Handstand (20 sec wall hold), Ring Dips (5+), Pull-Ups (5+), Muscle Ups (1+ bar or rings). - KB Prerequisites: Swing, Clean, Snatch, Windmill, Bent Over Press. - Macebell Prerequisites: 360 and Mill. Training intensity is high and volume is moderate to high. Program Components: The components for our Strength, Metabolic and Athletic Conditioning will be based on: - Functional Strength Training - Boxing & Martial Arts - Calisthenics and Body Weight - Rotational Movement - Functional Mobility - Skills Practice - Lifestyle Blueprint (Nutrition, Grounding, Meditation & Full Presence practice). Equipment needed: - Kettlebells - DumbBells - Rubber Bands or Cable Machine - Medicine Ball or Slam Ball - Macebell or Sledge Hammer - Flow Rope or Skipping Rope - Land Mine - Pull Ups Bar - Gym Rings Community Support: You will be part of a private chat group to support, motivate, and inspire you on your journey...
