Service Description
Our PST is an outdoor group session designed to improve overall physical strength and athleticism through a mix of disciplines, including Functional Training, Calisthenics, Martial Arts, Parkour, Capoeira, Gymnastics, and more. We use a wide range of equipment but focus primarily on Gym Rings, Kettlebells, Macebells, Flow Ropes, Land Mines, and the Natural Environment for Contextual Training. This is a unique approach to Regenerative Practices, Conscious Unconventional Training, Holistic Movement, and Wellbeing. We believe that by working on ourselves and honoring our temple (Tīnana – Body), we can cultivate a more conscious life that reflects the way we interact with society. This, in turn, gives us the opportunity to become better human beings, which enables us to be better members of our families and, ultimately, better members of society. This creates a chain reaction, allowing us to become responsible, active participants in making a positive contribution to the world.

PLEASE READ THIS DISCLAIMER CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN ANY OF OUR FITNESS CLASSES OR ACTIVITIES. By participating in the fitness classes or activities offered by KAIROS - Human Evolution (Kairos NZ Limited) , you agree to the following terms and conditions: - Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in fitness classes and exercises involves inherent risks and dangers, including the risk of personal injury or health-related issues. You assume full responsibility for these risks and agree to participate at your own risk. - Health Statement: You confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in the fitness classes or activities. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns, you must consult with a healthcare provider before participation. - Proper Use of Equipment: You agree to use any equipment provided by Kairos in the manner intended and follow all instructions provided by the instructors or staff. Failure to do so may increase the risk of injury. - Waiver of Liability: You agree to waive, release, and discharge Kairos NZL, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or demands that may arise from your participation in the classes, including any claims related to personal injury or loss of property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. - Consent to Medical Treatment: You consent to receive medical treatment in the event of injury, accident, or illness during any fitness activity, and you agree to be financially responsible for the cost of any such treatment. - Changes and Cancellations: You understand that Kairos reserves the right to change or cancel classes, instructors, or schedules at any time, and refunds will be provided accordingly. - Class Packs: When you purchase a class pack, you commit to attending the number of sessions included in the pack on a consecutive basis. You will be charged monthly, regardless of whether you attend the sessions or not, unless you cancel your payment plan. - Media Consent: Kairos may take photographs or videos during the class for promotional purposes. If you do not consent to being part of it, please let us know, we will do our best to not take videos or photos of you on the day and we commit to not put you at all on social media.
