The handle size of the 3KG is smaller, making it not only more beginner friendly and also, allowing different form of movement patterns and better traverse through space to be use in athletic trainings.

Please note: Using the Macebell on hard serfaces and in salt water may cause the powder coat to flake off. This does not effect the maces ability and is only cosmetic. Use at your own risk!
