RMT is a concept that has been extensively studied and developed by the Weck Method. As certified Weck Method Rotational Movement Training Specialists and Practitioners, we are excited to officially bring this approach to Aotearoa.
In this workshop, we will explore the movements that lay the foundation for developing transferable rotational power across any athletic discipline. This training is especially beneficial for martial artists, boxers, grapplers, golfers, cricketers, baseball players, and anyone involved in a sport that requires rotational movement as a key component of their primary motor tasks.
